Help Desk: Error #52: Bad File Name or Number

Error #52 occurs when you use the FIle>Export Backup Command and the destination is a CD or DVD writer.

The work around is to change the location where the backup will be saved to the hard disk on the PC. As a second step, you can copy the backup file to the CD or DVD writer.
