Help Desk: How do I correct Error #2455 and keep the Rapid Entry Form from locking the application?

1. The first step is to acknowledge the error message by clicking the OK button.
2. The Rapid Entry Form is really on the screen but it has become minimized. You may need to scroll the application window downward to see the entire contents of the application window. Click on the Rapid Entry Form window control button to restore the window, this button is located with a group of buttons at the right side of the window title bar. It look like two little windows.
3. Now make the Rapid Entry Form longer and wider so that it fits comfortably on your screen. Drag the sides or corner with the mouse to make it larger.
4. Close the Rapid Entry Form.
5. The error occurs when the Rapid Entry Form has become too short such as when it is minimized or reduced in height by resizing the window. The error will not occur when the form is normal working size.
