Help Desk: The Field 'Your Discs.Title' cannot contain a Null value

You open the Rapid Entry Form or Rapid Web Entry form and click the Add Record command button and the following Error Message occurs:

This error can occur if you click the Add Record button prior to performing a search of the reference catalog. In this case the search results grid (upper grid) will be empty. Because there are no reference titles to add, the error occurs.  When you complete a search of the reference catalog you will see titles in the upper grid:

Before you click the Add Record button, select the row in the search results that corresponds to the title in your collection that you want to add to your personal catalog. Then click the Add Record command button.
