Procedure to Correct the Rapid Entry Append Error

DVD Register can’t append all the records to the append query.  The Error is: DVD Register didn’t add 1 record to the table due to key violations when adding a record to your catalog with the Rapid Entry or Rapid Web forms

This issue is cased by a bug in a Microsoft provided library named JET. It can be corrected by updating the JET library to a later version that can be downloaded from the Microsoft web site.

Update your version of the JET library ( as recommended by MS) using the following procedure:
