Help Desk: Error #438: Object Doesn't support this property or method

Error #438 occurs when you open the LIve Update form and clieck the "Start Live Update" command button. This error also occurs whn you open the Rapid Web Form.

The error affects a PC running any version of Windows Vista. Do the following to workaround the issue:

1. Goto to Start>Control Panel
2. Click "User Accounts"
3. Set "Turn User Account Control" to ON.
4. Tick the "User Account Control (UAC) to help protect yout computer"
5. Close the User Accounts form
6. Restart your PC.

User Account Control is a new feature security of Windows Vista that monitors program startup and warns the user of potentially dangerous programs.
