Are you a collector of DVDs or Laser Discs and have you wanted to create an inventory of your collection? Have you wanted to build the inventory without the need to enter a lot of data? If your answer is yes then you have found an application to meet this need. You can select from a reference database of all of the discs published in the United States and then copy the matching records to a database of your discs. Because you don’t have to enter the data about the titles yourself, large collections can cataloged with much less time and effort. Once you have cataloged your collection, you can print standard reports or create your own custom formatted reports. Use compact lists to avoid buying duplicates and comprehensive reports to list the movies available in your home theatre If you have a bar code reader connected to your PC, you can automate the inventory of your collection with the "Rapid Entry" Wizard. |
The DVD Register was formerly known as the Laser Disc Register and was the first home video personal cataloging application to include a reference catalog in 1997. It has been constantly improved incorporating hundreds of suggestions from active collectors.
