Hardware Requirements: Pentium Class PC 600MHz or faster,
1GHz recommended, Win98 2nd Edition, WinME, Win2000 SP3, WinXP, 100MB disk space,
128MB memory minimum, 512MB
recommended, 1024x768 Resolution Display.
Internet Access Bandwidth: Due to the size of the application install
pack (100MB) your internet access should be Cable Modem or DSL or better. A download with a
dial-up
modem will usually not complete successfully. If your internet access is dial-up,
then you should order a CD-R rather then the WEB Download.
Refund Policy New Licenses: For orders purchased by credit card, you may return
the CD-ROM and remove the application from your computer with-in 30 days from receipt of
the product. Your payment will be refunded less shipping and handling. You are responsible
for return postage.
Download Services: New customers may download reference catalog updates
and application upgrades for 1 year after purchasing the software at no additional charge.
Should the download service be discontinued for any reason, no portion of the software
license fee will be refunded.
Refund Policy for Download Subscription Renewals: Should the download
service be discontinued for any reason before your subscription has expired, then you will
be refunded the amount of the subscription prorated by the months remaining.
Shipping: Your order will be shipped to destinations in the USA via the
US Postal Service via First Class. Orders shipped outside of the USA will be shipped
via the US Postal Service via Air Mail.
Software License: The application includes a run time version of
Microsoft Access. You have read and agree to the terms of the Software License. Read the
